Enterprise & Multi-Location

Be the brand AI recommends in every market.

When a customer in any of your cities asks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, or Perplexity who to call, the answer should be your nearest location. We make every location visible, consistent, and trusted, managed centrally and reported by market.

The multi-location problem

One brand. Hundreds of places to be wrong.

Every location has its own Google Business Profile, its own listings, its own reviews, and its own page. At scale, small inconsistencies multiply: a moved store still listed at the old address, a franchisee's unofficial profile, hours that differ by directory.

AI assistants cross-check those sources before they recommend a business. Where the data disagrees, they recommend a competitor. We bring every location onto one verified record and keep it that way.

  • One source of truth feeding every profile, listing, and location page
  • Location-level AI and map pack visibility in each market you serve
  • Brand governance with local flexibility for managers and franchisees
  • Roll-up reporting by region, market, and location, tied to calls and bookings
Governance

Central control, local relevance.

Brand standards are enforced automatically. Local teams work inside them.

HQBrand sets the standard

Naming conventions, categories, service lists, photo standards, response templates, and approval rules are defined once and applied to every location.

REGRegions see their markets

Regional and franchise leaders get visibility and reporting for their locations only, with the ability to flag local changes for rollout.

LOCLocations stay local

Managers can respond to reviews, post local updates, and adjust hours within brand rules. Nothing goes live outside the standard.

FGFoundgentic runs the system

We operate the data, the rollouts, the monitoring, and the corrections, and report what moved, by market, every month.

Not sure how consistent your footprint is? The free audit checks every location's profile, listings, and AI mentions and shows you where the gaps are.

Questions

Multi-location SEO and AI visibility, answered.

Multi-location SEO makes every location of a business rank and get recommended in its own market, from one centrally managed system. Regular local SEO optimizes one business in one area. At scale the work changes: hundreds of Google Business Profiles, listings, and location pages must stay consistent, local teams need rules so they cannot break brand standards, and reporting must roll up from location to region to brand. Our AI Search Visibility program is the core of this for enterprise brands, with Google Business Profile management, Local Citations, and Schema Markup handled per location.

AI assistants cross-check a business against many sources before naming it: the Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, data aggregators, directories, reviews, the brand’s own location pages, and third-party mentions. Locations whose name, address, phone, hours, and categories match everywhere, with recent reviews and clear local content, are treated as verified and recommended. Locations with conflicting data are skipped for a competitor. We address each input directly: Local Citations keeps the data consistent across the five leading aggregators, Reviews & Reputation keeps ratings current, and AI Search Visibility tracks how each location is actually cited in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews.

Work from one master record per location and manage profiles in bulk through the Google Business Profile API, with brand-level standards for categories, attributes, services, photos, and response templates. Find and remove duplicate and unofficial profiles, and give local managers the ability to respond to reviews and post updates only within approved rules. Our Google Business Profile service runs exactly this: bulk verification, standards enforcement, duplicate cleanup, and ongoing optimization for every location, with the governance model described above on this page.

Yes. Each location needs its own indexable page with unique local content, embedded map, hours, the services offered at that location, local team details, reviews, and LocalBusiness schema, all linked from a store locator. Templated layouts are fine; duplicated text across pages is not, because it gives Google and AI models nothing location-specific to cite. Our Web Design team builds the scalable location page architecture, and Schema Markup adds per-location LocalBusiness and Organization structured data so each page is machine-readable.

Inconsistent location data. A moved store still listed at the old address, a franchisee’s self-created profile under a different name, hours that differ between Google and Apple Maps, or a closed location still live in aggregators. Each mismatch lowers confidence in that location for Google and AI models. Fixing the data at the source and keeping it synced is usually the fastest gain for a large footprint. That is what our Local Citations service does: submit one verified record to citation sources with correct NAP data, correcting errors automatically.

The franchisor should own what must be consistent to work: master location data, brand standards, location page architecture, authority content, schema, aggregator distribution, and high-authority backlinks. Franchisees may want to manage Reviews & Reputation, local posts and community content. We support both franchisor- and franchisee-funded services and billing however desired.

Track at the location level and roll up: AI mentions and recommendations by market, map pack rankings for core services, Google Business Profile actions (calls, directions, website clicks), review volume and rating, location page traffic, and calls or bookings attributed to organic. Averages across all locations hide the underperformers, so reporting should always surface the locations that need attention. Our enterprise reporting gives regional leaders their markets and leadership the full footprint in one view, with AI Search Visibility tracking built in.

Auditing and cleaning location data typically takes two to four weeks depending on location count and data quality. Profile verification, citation distribution, and location page and schema deployment then roll out in regional waves over one to three months. Aggregator processing takes roughly 38 to 45 days to propagate, and AI and map pack visibility compounds from there as reviews and local content build. Every engagement starts with the free AI visibility audit, which sets the baseline and the rollout order by market. See how it works for the full process.
